Building Information: Our two story office building does not have an elevator; stairs access only.

VOICE MESSAGES - all voice messages will be immediately forwarded to a staff member. High Distress/Crisis messages will be addressed within the hour. All other messages will be returned as soon as able to, but no later than the start of the next business day. We encourage all patients to use the patient portal messaging system for faster after hours response time.

SESSIONS: By Appointment Only
REGULAR SESSION HOURS: Monday thru Friday 10:30 am - 7:15 pm
HIGH DISTRESS/CRISIS SESSIONS: Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 7:30 pm & Saturday 10 am-Noon

High Distress/CRISIS is a situation that requires immediate psychotherapy services within twenty-three (23) hours; where the patient is not in immediate danger to self or others; not life-threatening; and not requiring medical or law enforcement services. Patients experiencing a crisis should contact our office and ask for a “high distress/crisis” appointment or request an immediate appointment via the patient portal page. Those needing immediate life threatening medical services are encouraged to call 911 or go to their nearest emergency room.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO-SHOW: When a NEW PATIENT cancel, reschedule, or is a no-show for their initial appointment, the next advance booking becomes restricted to no more than 2 days prior to the date they wish to receive services. Last minute cancellations/rescheduling/no-show impacts the patient, the psychotherapist, and other patients who could have utilized that time slot. Sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved for you.

Current Patients may be responsible for the entire fee if no-show or cancellation/reschedule is less than 72 hours (4 business days). This is necessary because a time commitment is made to the patient and is held exclusively for that patient.

TELETHERAPY - available to Current Patients ONLY. Patient must pay for the session at least one (1) day prior to the session (if not covered by insurance). Refund Policy: There is a no refund policy for no-show and late cancellation (cancellation within 24 hours or less). Teletherapy is available on Saturday and Sunday ONLY.
